Referral Program Terms

Cerebras Systems Inc. Privacy Policy

These Referral Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the referral program (the “Program”) offered by Cerebras Systems Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") through our console platform. By participating in the Program—whether by sharing or signing up via a referral link—you agree to these Terms, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is available only to users with personal accounts in good standing located in the United States.
• Participants must have an active account in good standing to send or redeem referral links.
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Cerebras may not be eligible for referral rewards.

2. Incentives and Limits

• Referrers may generate a unique referral link containing a randomized code.
• When a new user signs up through a valid referral link:
• Both referrer and referee receive 200,000 bonus tokens per day.
• Bonus accrual is capped at 1,000,000 tokens total per user.
• A user can earn referral bonuses for up to five successful referrals.
• A user who joins through a referral link is limited to earning referral bonuses on four additional referrals.

3. Data Use and Attribution

• We log referral activity (e.g., link creation, redemption, and timestamp) using internal system-generated identifiers (e.g., UUIDs).
• We do not store a persistent link between referrer and referee after the referral is fulfilled.
• We and our service providers may use third-party tools to track and analyze your referral activity, which may involve collecting device or browser-level identifiers as part of event logging. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Consent and User Disclosures

• You must explicitly opt in to participate in the Program by generating your referral link through the designated in-product flow.
• If you receive a referral link and visit our website, a disclosure banner will appear during sign-up, giving you the option to opt out of the Program and continue without referral attribution or rewards.
• By generating a referral link, you confirm that you will only use it for personal and non-commercial purposes and share it only with individuals who have consented to receive it. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA) when sharing via email, SMS, or other channels.
• You may not publish or distribute your referral link on any public medium or website (including discount site), or engage in unauthorized automated referrals, spam, or any conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the Program.

5. Abuse, Misuse, and Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant, deny rewards, or suspend access to the Program if we detect or reasonably suspect:

• Self-referral or manipulation of the sign-up flow;
• Creation of fake accounts or other fraudulent activity;
• Violations of these Terms, our Terms of Use or applicable law;
• Any use of the Program that undermines its intent or integrity.

6. Program Modifications and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to eligibility, incentives, referral limits, or program rules. Continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available here.
