Referral Program – International Addendum

This Addendum supplements the Cerebras Referral Program Terms (the “Terms”) and applies to participants located outside the United States. In case of conflict, this Addendum governs.

1. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to account holders in regions designated by Cerebras as eligible (“Eligible Regions”), which currently include India, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Japan. Cerebras may update Eligible Regions at its discretion.

2. Governing Law

India: Governed by Indian law; courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
EU/UK: Governed by local law with local consumer rights preserved.
Other Regions: Local law applies unless otherwise specified by Cerebras.

3. Rewards & Taxes

Rewards (e.g., tokens, credits, benefits) may be treated as taxable income under local law.
Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes; Cerebras may withhold as required.

4. Compliance

Participants must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, India IT and Privacy Rules), as well as applicable marketing/communications rules (e.g., TRAI in India, anti-spam laws).Cerebras may suspend accounts for violations of this Section 4.

5. Data & Consent

Personal data collected for the Referral Program will be processed under the Cerebras Privacy Policy and any region-specific privacy notices. Participants must consent to, and obtain required consent from, any other Participants before sharing referral invitations if such consent is required under applicable laws.

6. Restrictions

Referral benefits may not be earned through spam, unsolicited communications, or pyramid-like schemes. Violations may result in loss of eligibility.

7. Grievance Redressal (India)

If you are in India and have any complaints or grievances regarding the information shared with Cerebras, you can contact our Grievance Officer at IndiaGrievanceOfficer@cerebras.net. Complaints will be addressed within timelines required by law.

8. Amendments

Cerebras may update or terminate this Addendum at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance.
