Liability Waiver and Media Release

By participating in the Supernova event sponsored by Cerebras, attendees acknowledge and understand that their participation involves certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and property damage. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and hazards associated with my participation in this event.

Attendees hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Cerebras Systems, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the event.

Attendees understand that medical services may not be available at the event, and agree to be responsible for any medical treatment or expenses incurred as a result of participation.

Media Release:

Attendees hereby grant Cerebras Systems the absolute right and permission to use, reuse, publish, and republish photographic images, video recordings, or any other media captured during the event in which I may be included, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other media, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to illustration, promotion, advertising, and web content.

Attendees waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, videos, or other media, and release Cerebras Systems from any liability related to the use of these media.

Attendees understand that participation in the event is voluntary and that they are not entitled to any compensation for the use of my likeness or any media captured during the event.

By participating in the event, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Liability Waiver and Media Release.Attendees also consent to the use of their contact information for Cerebras marketing communications, such as email updates and event promotions; this information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
