Event Code of Conduct

We are excited to host a corporate party for our employees, partners, and guests. Our goal is to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere where everyone can relax and socialize. To ensure a positive experience for all, we have established the following Code of Conduct.

Respect and Inclusivity

1. **Treat others with respect and kindness**: Be considerate of others' feelings, opinions, and boundaries.

2. **Inclusive environment**: We welcome guests of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. Please refrain from making assumptions or engaging in discriminatory behavior.

3. **No harassment**: Physical, verbal, or non-verbal harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, unwanted touching, comments, or gestures.

Substance-Free Environment

1. **No illicit substances**: The use, possession, or distribution of illicit substances, including but not limited to, marijuana, cocaine, heroin, and other controlled substances, is strictly prohibited.

2. **No prescription medication misuse**: Please do not bring or use prescription medication in a way that is not prescribed by a medical professional.

3. **No over-the-counter medication abuse**: Please do not abuse or misuse over-the-counter medications, such as pain relievers or stimulants.

Responsible Drinking

1. **Drink responsibly**: Please drink in moderation and never drink and drive.

2. **Designated drivers**: If you plan to drink, please designate a sober driver or use a ride-sharing service.

3. **No excessive drinking**: We encourage you to pace yourself and not overconsume alcohol.

Safety and Security

1. **Follow venue rules**: Please adhere to the venue's rules and regulations.

2. **Report incidents**: If you witness or experience any incident, please report it to our event staff or security personnel.

3. **Emergency procedures**: Familiarize yourself with the venue's emergency procedures, including evacuation routes and first aid stations.

Social Media and Photography

1. **Respect others' privacy**: Please ask for permission before taking photos or videos of others.

2. **No unauthorized photography**: Refrain from taking photos or videos of sensitive or confidential information.

3. **Social media etiquette**: Be mindful of your social media posts and avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information.

Additional Guidelines

1. **No smoking or vaping**: Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the venue.

2. **No pets**: Pets are not allowed in the venue, except for service animals.

3. **No outside food or drinks**: Please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into the venue.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:

1. **Removal from the event**: Guests who fail tocomply with this Code of Conduct may be removed from the event.

2. **Disciplinary action**: Employees who fail tocomply with this Code of Conduct may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

3. **Legal consequences**: Guests who engage in behavior that is illegal or causes harm to others may face legal consequences.

By attending our corporate party, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and will comply with this Code of Conduct.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for the use, possession, or distribution of illicit substances on our premises. Any guest found to be in possession of or using illicit substances will be removed from the event and may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
